Accordingly, a stabilized pore structure is formed, and an ideal fiber porosity gradient is provided.

BM FILTER Cartridges

Ma trận sợi polypropylene bicomponent do JNC phát triển và được cấp bằng sáng chế thể hiện cấu trúc liên kết nhiệt giữa sợi với sợi ở mức độ cao trong khi đường kính sợi được sử dụng ngày càng mịn hơn từ bên ngoài vào bên trong. Theo đó, một cấu trúc lỗ xốp ổn định được hình thành, và cung cấp một gradient độ xốp lý tưởng của sợi.

Advantages

Các sợi polypropylene siêu mịn được xây dựng bởi JNC được phát triển và cấp bằng sáng chế đảm bảo lọc tốt hơn. Lọc sâu với gradient độ xốp liên tục lớn.
Cấu trúc đơn giản nhưng sạch sẽ và cứng cáp sử dụng công nghệ sợi tiên tiến cho phép tuổi thọ dài hơn và thông lượng cao hơn.
Cấu trúc bộ lọc cứng của các sợi hợp nhất trong mạng ba chiều có khả năng chịu chênh lệch áp suất cao đạt được.
Đường kính của các sợi cấu trúc được thay đổi cho mọi cấp và các cấp được phân biệt rõ ràng với mức lọc tuyệt đối từ 1μm đến 15μm.
Sợi polypropylene trong xây dựng được FDA chấp thuận để tiếp xúc với chất lỏng có thể uống được theo Tiêu đề 21 của CFR.
